I can't access my account?

To access your learning in ECELU you will need to be logged in. 


You can either create an account yourself using an email or one of the social sign in options available. 

If an account has been created for you, you will have an email in your inbox asking you to activate your account. You can use the link in that email for 30 days. If you miss the 30 day window, you can use the "forgot your password" to set it that way. 

All users will need their own login, and you will need access to the email to verify your identity. 

If you are having trouble with your login, you can reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance, or from a desktop you can speak to us using the chat in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
