How to Redeem a Gifted Course, Webinar, Resource or Event Ticket

If you've been gifted a course, webinar, resource, or ticket to one of our live seminars, redeeming it is easy.
If you already have an ECELU account
You'll be taken to your Profile page, where you'll see a pop-up message confirming your gift has been redeemed successfully.
Your new course, webinar, resource, or event ticket will be available in the My Subscriptions & Learning Programs section of your Profile.
If you're new to ECELU
- Open the gift email and click "Claim your gift and start now."
- You'll be prompted to create your free ECELU account.
- Follow the steps to set up your account.
- Once you're signed in, your gifted course, webinar, resource, or event ticket will already be waiting for you in My Subscriptions & Learning Programs.
